One of the most frequest questions we get from potential new business owners is, "Do I need a business plan?" The second most frequest question is, "How do I write one?"
Join us for the next EntreForum where we'll take an in-depth look at the whole concept of business plans.
Presenters for the session are Chris Wooldridge, a former banker, who now serves as Director of the Small Business Development Council efforts in far Western Kentucky. Also on the panel is Kerri Brotherson, one of Paducah Bank's SBA loan specialists. Joining them will be EntrePaducah's own Richard Davis who assists our clients with business planning.
The team will address the basics of business plans: Who needs one? What should the plan include? When should I develop the plan? Where do I seek help...and where to take my plan when it's complete? Why do I need one?
Following their brief presentations, the team will be available for questions and answers. EntreForum Mentors will also be on hand to counsel attendees from their first-hand knowledge of business start-ups.
Our session takes place Tuesday morning, October 6 at 7:30 AM. We'll meet at the Department of Energy Environmental Education Center, 115 Memorial Drive, in Paducah (across from WKCTC, and next to Milner and Orr Funeral Home).
The session is free, but reservations are suggested. We'll serve a light breakfast (with plenty of coffee!).
See you there!
