One of the most popular questions posed to EntrePaducah is, "how should I setup my business (LLC; Sole Proprietor; etc.)...and who should help, an attorney or a CPA?
We'll talk with an attorney and a CPA at our next EntreForumtm Tuesday December 1st.
Sam Wright of Denton & Keuler, Attorneys at Law...and Mike Karnes, CPA, of Williams, Williams and Lentz will share their insight into what legal and accounting help you need when starting a small business.
Both Sam and Mike are friends of EntrePaducah. They're both active in Chamber of Commerce activities and share EntrePaducah's vision of promoting entrepreneurism. The EntreForum session offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to hear from local professionals like Sam and Mike, and network with other entrepreneurs about similar issues.
One of "Entre Man's" (search for him on Facebook!) favorite parts of the program are the refreshments. Local entrepreneur Laura Duff's "A Pampered Palate" caters this month's event.
If you're thinking about starting a new business, or in the critical start-up phase, we'd love to have you attend. EntreForums are free, but reservations are suggested by contacting EntrePaducah via email, or calling (270)443-1746.
